Jennifer Lopez has been known for the last decade for having a fabulous body, and it seems like recently, she's slimmed down even more. Jennifer keeps fat at bay by doing 90 minute yoga routines with celebrity yoga instructor Mark Blanchard, creator of The Sedona Experience DVD (who also trains another hot Jen..Jen Aniston!). Read more to see how you can get J-Lo's fabulous figure!
